Introduction aux Questions Tag
Exemples :
- You like coffee, don't you? (Tu aimes le café, n'est-ce pas ?)
- She isn't coming, is she? (Elle ne vient pas, si ?)
- They were there, weren't they?
Exemples :
- You are happy, aren't you? (affirmatif → négatif)
- He doesn't work here, does he? (négatif → affirmatif)
Exemples :
- I work → I work, don't I?
- She is → She is, isn't she?
- They can → They can, can't they?

- You are → You are here, aren't you?
- He/She/It is → She is smart, isn't she?
- We/They are → They are late, aren't they?
Quand TO BE est négatif dans la phrase principale, la question tag est affirmative :

- They aren't → They aren't students, are they?

- You like pizza, don't you? (intonation descendante)
- It's raining, isn't it? (intonation descendante)
Dans ce cas, la réponse serait : "Yes, I do." ou "Yes, it is."
- You like pizza, don't you? (intonation montante)
- It's raining, isn't it? (intonation montante)
La réponse pourrait être : "Yes, it is." ou "No, it isn't."
